Ongoing sales training for all staff levels is conducted throughout the year to ensure a focused and professionally operating sales force. In addition, all sales professionals including the Key Account Manager are expected to achieve customer prospecting and meet revenue objectives. Our integrated web-based sales software allows our Key Account Managers to handle their customer contacts from the office or on the road. The entire Sales Force reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director at our headquarters.

Customer and Booking Source Identification
We specialize in knowing who is staying with us and how he/she made the booking. Identifying and anticipating our customers’ needs is incorporated in the sales process. Through our customized CRM procedure, we can establish a targeted database of clientele, matching customers with hotels.
